The required procedure to be followed to present a question or request to the Board of Directors. Homeowner Inquiry Procedure
A Homeowners forum will immediately precede each Board Meeting. Homeowners are encouraged to bring their concerns or suggestions to the Board at this time. Once the Board meeting is formally opened the Homeowners may continue to monitor, but may not actively participate in the business of the meeting.
