Grounds Maintenace
Gassen Management is under contract to maintain exterior items on the grounds at Kingslee Heights. These include: concrete sidewalks, light poles and fixtures, retaining walls, street signage, street/drive ways, water, sewer, drainage, clubhouse and tennis court maintenance. These specific duties will be directed by the Board.
