Architectural Control Committee
The purpose of Architectural Control Committee is to insure that exterior changes to dwellings in the Kingslee Heights maintain the integrity of the overall design of the housing community, thus maximizing the appearance and value of all of the housing units in the Kingslee Heights Community. Therefore, homeowners who are planning exterior changes must present their proposals to the Committee and receive prior approval before completing those projects. The Architectural Control Committee also advises the Board of Directors on an ongoing basis about projects affecting the exterior appearance of the housing units within the Association.
Meetings during all the months are held only if there are projects submitted for approval or there are architectural issues which need addressing.
