Landscape Control Committee
The purpose of the Landscape Control Committee is to assist in the maintenance, improvement and beautification of Kingslee’s 10.5 acre property for the benefit of all Kingslee homeowners. It is our aim to enhance the appearance of our grounds in order to maintain and advance homeowner value for all of the residents in the Kingslee Townhomes community.
The LCC is the filter for all homeowner landscape change requests, therefore, homeowners who wish to change or add plants, shrubs or trees to the existing property must file a Landscape Change Request Form with their proposals to the Committee. The requests will be reviewed and, then, presented to the Kingslee Board of Directors with the Committee’s recommendation. All projects must receive Board approval before going ahead.
On an ongoing basis, the Landscape Control Committee will also advise the Board of Directors about developments that effect the Common Grounds, such as invasive species of plants, tree diseases, or hazardous conditions that need to be dealt with.
