May 14th we will be installing new asphalt.
Our crews perform multiple jobs each day.
The order in which they are performed is not decided until the day before, therefore we are not able to provide an exact time for arrival of the crew.
To simplify this for everyone, please have vehicles out of the way by 7am in case you are the first job of the day. Be aware that our crews may not arrive until midafternoon if you are the final job of the day.
All cars must be out of Driveway and/or garage by 7:00 am on start date and remain out for the duration of this project.
Be aware that if you leave your vehicle in your garage you will not be able to take it out until the end of this project.
Garage doors must be unlatched; by 7am May 12th and May 14th.
Pull the cord to unlatch then roll the garage door down so we can access.
This is to avoid damage to your garage door. We will close when we are finished with work.
Once work is completed, we do not need your garage door unlatched.
No parking within 50 feet of work area.
We need room for our equipment to maneuver.
This work may restrict traffic for short periods of time.
Please be cautious when driving/walking near trucks and other equipment.
All sprinklers must be turned off for 24 hours prior to, remain off during this project and remain off for 24 hours after work is completed.
There will be No Driving or Parking on the new asphalt for 7 days, after completion.
We will place stakes and tape at the end of your driveway to restrict traffic after the asphalt has been installed, and we will remove.
You can see from this schedule that you will have limited access to your home via your driveway.
You may want to stock up on your groceries and supplies in advance of this.
New Asphalt is tender for the first year; avoid parking on for long periods of time especially during heat above 70-75 degrees.
